Whether You Are A Thinking Person!

As a normal human being with a thinking brain inside your head, you may have ideological, philosophical, theological, methodological, and so on and so forth differences of opinions; you can attack and criticize the discourse you don't agree with.  Occasionally, you may be tempted to address the person behind the discourse.  But if the person behind the discourse becomes your primary target of attack and criticism, you have failed to demonstrate that you have the thinking capacity.
As for a Christian, it is obvious that if you have made a person the target of your attack, you have committed murder according to Jesus!  Now, a murderer cannot be possibly called a Christian.  Let me give you an example for such a person;

One of our church members in Nepal is a unique personality.  He is considered to be a great thinker among the Christian community.  His writings now and then appear in various print media.  But his brain only works when he is mad at someone or something.  Unless he is angry with someone, his writings don't appear.  He does attend our church (not regularly though), but the purpose of his attending is not to worship God but to harass the pastors and the leadership of the church because he does not like them.  He became mad at them for some petty things.  His grievances are that the leadership of the church did not listen to him and did not do what he wanted in the church; he failed to control the church.  Of course he was a church-hopper and there was no way of agreeing with his twisted way of thinking when it comes to pastoring a church.  So, when he realized that the church really did not think of him as highly as he thought of himself, he resorted to attack the leadership.
He has unique ways of harassing the church leadership.  At times, during the worship service, he sits and hums loudly as if he is praying with great gronings.  Even when the person from the pulpit begins to announce something or preach, his humming won't stop, in fact it gets louder and louder as the sermon progresses.  If the humming does not work, he holds up his Bible with two hands, lifting up close to his forehead, begins to read it.  He wants everyone sitting around him to notice that he does not give a dime to what the person from the pulpit is saying.  And even if that does not work, he then stares straight into the preacher's eyes and twists his face with all kinds of mocking expressions.
He keeps inventing new methods of disrupting the church worship.  In the beginning he chose to sit on the floor while everyone was sitting on the chair, but nowadays due to the cold floor he appears to have stomach trouble or something; he has begun to sit on the chair.  But he manages to do just the opposite of what the rest of the church does.
This insidious harassments have almost failed to work for him, in fact they have worked against him and some of the church members are so annoyed that they want to ask him to step out of the church during the worship. Knowing this is going to be the case, he found some external ways of harassments; actually two.  First, the church property is in the name of one of the pastors and he began to write in the print media accusing the pastor for claiming the church property.  He nearly succeeded in convincing many of his friends, especially those who do not know the pastor.  But when the believers and the church leadership rebuked him for making baseless accusations against the pastors, he found a new one.  This time it has to do with some court cases.  The board of a Bible school took him to court, accusing him of selling the school property because the school property was in his name.  Instead of fighting the party that took him to court, he began a campaign to convince the Christians in Nepal and abroad saying his church pastors are the ones who took him to court (he got that excuse because one of the pastors was a former principal of the school and a church member was a member of the school board)!  They both had left the school a year earlier before the remaining members of the board decided to take him to court; in fact the board lost the court case.  Actually he did not sell the property, but he was so mad at the board that he gifted the school property to another school.  For a while he got a lot of inspiration to write many articles on it, vilifying the pastors.
But when this also really did not seem to work for him, he has been quiet for a while.  We are just waiting to see what he comes up with.  Instead of getting upset with his tantrums, we have begun to amuse ourselves with his ability to invent new ways of harassments!  He makes us laugh a lot!
It is clear that he lacks the ability to make right judgment on some of these matters. But sadly, he has to wear a cap that says "I am a great thinker among the Christian community in Nepal", and thats when I think is the problem.  When a person constantly attacks others and still claims to be a Christian, it has to be questioned.  In such a case, not just question one's Christian credentials, but also the ability to think.
